You must be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns or handgun ammunition, and at least 18 years old to purchase long guns or long-gun ammunition. You must be a U.S. resident and legally eligible to possess firearms under federal, state, and local law. You represent that you meet all applicable eligibility requirements.

2. Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, cancel any order at any time, and limit quantities. Reasons for cancellation may include pricing errors, product unavailability, verification failures, or shipping restrictions.

3. Firearms transfers

All firearm purchases are subject to federal, state, and local law and must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer. See our FFL guide and shipping and compliance pages.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at checkout is what you pay. We accept major credit cards through a firearms-friendly payment processor. We do not store card details on our servers.

5. Shipping

We ship to U.S. addresses only. Firearms ship to licensed FFL dealers. Ammunition and hazmat items ship by ground-only carriers with a hazmat surcharge. See shipping and compliance for details.

6. Returns

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use our site or products:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• To purchase on behalf of another person prohibited by law from owning firearms (a “straw purchase” — a federal felony).
• To resell products in violation of dealer licensing requirements.
• To scrape, crawl, or copy site content without permission.

8. Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, code, layout — is owned by Glock One or licensed to us. Manufacturer names, logos, and product names on this site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this site should be construed as granting any license to any trademark without written permission.

We provide the site and products “as is.” Manufacturer warranties apply to products as stated by each manufacturer. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that information on the site is accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glock One’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glock One from any claims arising out of your misuse of products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Glock One is an independent firearms retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GLOCK Ges.m.b.H., GLOCK Inc., or any firearms manufacturer whose products we may carry. All manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, and product names are the property of their respective owners.
