Hazmat shipping surcharge
Ammunition, powder, and primers ship as hazardous materials by ground-only carriers. A hazmat surcharge (typically $30) is added to any order containing these items. This is a carrier fee, not a Glock One markup — combining multiple hazmat items into a single order keeps this cost per-shipment, not per-item.
Age requirements
- 21 or older — handguns, handgun ammunition
- 18 or older — rifles, shotguns, long-gun ammunition
- All ages (with adult supervision) — non-restricted accessories, optics, hearing protection, cleaning supplies
Age verification happens at two points: at checkout (attestation), and again in person when you visit the receiving FFL for firearms. For ammunition and direct-shipped items, we may verify age via ID before shipment.
State restrictions
Some products cannot ship to certain states or require additional verification. We check every order against state-by-state rules before it ships. If a product cannot be sold to your state, our system will flag it at checkout and we’ll offer alternatives where possible.
See the full state restrictions matrix for a complete breakdown by product category and state.
International shipping
Returns & refunds
Firearms
Firearms cannot be returned once transferred through your FFL, per federal law. Please inspect your firearm carefully at pickup — the receiving FFL can decline transfer on your behalf if there is a defect. In that case, we cover return shipping and issue a full refund or exchange.
Ammunition, powder, primers
Hazardous materials cannot be returned. All hazmat sales are final. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Non-firearm items
Accessories, optics, cleaning supplies, and other non-restricted items may be returned within 30 days in unused, original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective.
Order processing time
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment clearance. Firearm orders require FFL license verification before shipment — we’ll email the receiving dealer for their current license copy if we don’t have it on file. This can add 1–3 business days for new FFLs.
Failed background checks
If your NICS background check comes back denied when picking up your firearm, we can arrange return shipping to us. A restocking fee of 15% applies (federal law requires the firearm to go back into inventory as a used firearm). We’ll refund the balance to your original payment method.
Questions?
If anything on this page is unclear, or you’re not sure whether a product ships to your state, contact us before ordering. We’d rather answer a question upfront than have you deal with a surprise later.
