Ordering & shipping
Can I have a Glock shipped to my house?
No. Federal law requires firearms to ship dealer-to-dealer. Your Glock will ship to a licensed FFL near you, where you’ll complete a background check and pick it up in person. See our full FFL guide for the step-by-step.
How fast do you ship?
Most orders ship from the regional warehouse closest to your receiving FFL, which means 2–3 business days to most of the country. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET typically ship the same day. Delivery to remote states (AK, HI) takes longer.
Do you ship internationally?
No. All Glock One shipments are to U.S. destinations only. Firearms are subject to ITAR/EAR export controls, and our checkout is geo-restricted to the 50 states.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping starts at $19.95 for a single Glock. Multiple pistols in the same order ship together at no additional cost. Free ground shipping on orders over $600.
Where does my order ship from?
From the regional warehouse closest to your chosen FFL. We partner with warehouses in the East, Midwest, Southwest, and West to keep transit times short and inventory current. You’ll see the origin warehouse in your tracking email.
Glock models & compatibility
Which Glock model is best for concealed carry?
The most popular concealed carry Glocks are the G43X and G48 (Slimline, easiest to conceal), followed by the G26 (subcompact 9mm) and G19 (compact 9mm — the best-selling handgun in America for a reason). If you’re new to concealed carry, the G19 is the pistol we recommend most often.
What’s the difference between Gen 3, Gen 4, Gen 5, and Gen 6?
Each generation refines the frame, trigger, and slide details. Quick summary:
Gen 3 — the classic. Fixed backstrap, standard rail. Still made and still one of the most reliable pistols ever built.
Gen 4 — dual recoil spring, interchangeable backstraps, enlarged mag release. The “flexible fit” generation.
Gen 5 — no finger grooves on the grip, ambidextrous slide stop, Glock Marksman Barrel, flared magwell. Most current models.
Gen 6 — new for 2026 (initially on the G45 and select MOS variants). Refined trigger, updated frame texture, redesigned striker for smoother pull.
What is MOS?
MOS stands for Modular Optic System. It’s Glock’s optic-ready slide with a milled cut and adapter plates for mounting most red dot sights (Trijicon RMR, Holosun, Vortex Viper, Leupold DeltaPoint, and many more) directly on the pistol without gunsmithing. Every MOS variant we sell includes the plate set from Glock.
Do all Glocks use the same magazines?
Only within a caliber family. For example, G17 mags fit the G34 and G45, and (with the right length) the G19 and G26. Full-size .40 S&W mags cross between G22/G23/G27. Cross-caliber (9mm vs .40 vs .45 vs 10mm) magazines are never interchangeable.
Can I reload ammunition for my Glock?
Yes, with two important caveats. Read our full Glock owner’s guide to reloading for the details — the short version is: use a conventionally-rifled aftermarket barrel if you plan to shoot cast lead reloads, and use only jacketed or plated bullets through the factory polygonal-rifled barrel.
FFL transfers
Where do I pick up my Glock?
At any licensed FFL dealer you choose during checkout. We work with a network of participating FFLs across the country, or you can nominate your own local dealer. Transfer fees typically range from $25–$50, paid to the receiving FFL.
What do I bring to pick up my Glock?
A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport), plus cash or a card for the FFL’s transfer fee. Some states require additional documentation — check with your receiving FFL if you’re unsure. See our FFL guide for the full process.
What if my background check is denied?
If NICS denies the transfer, the FFL can’t release the pistol to you. We can arrange return shipping to us. A 15% restocking fee applies (federal law requires the Glock to be resold as used). You have the right to appeal any NICS denial through the FBI — if you’re unsure of your eligibility, contact us before ordering.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Once a Glock ships to an FFL, cancellation is treated as a return and standard restocking rules apply. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Service & armorer work
Do you service Glocks?
Yes. Every member of our staff is a factory-trained Glock armorer. We handle trigger jobs, sight installation, spring replacement, striker work, extractor swaps, and full-service inspections. Mail-in service is available — contact us for details and a service estimate.
Does aftermarket work void my Glock warranty?
Some modifications will void the factory warranty. Glock’s warranty covers manufacturing defects on original factory parts; installing non-Glock parts (aftermarket triggers, barrels, striker assemblies) can void coverage on those specific components. Sight and grip modifications generally don’t affect warranty status. When in doubt, ask us before ordering the parts.
Can I bring a used Glock in for consignment or trade?
Currently we don’t operate a walk-in showroom, so consignment isn’t available. If you have a used Glock you’re looking to sell, reach out — we occasionally buy back specific models in good condition for direct resale.
Payment & returns
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) through our firearms-friendly payment processor. We also accept ACH bank transfer for large orders — contact us for details.
Can I return a Glock?
Glocks cannot be returned once transferred through your FFL, per federal law. Please inspect your pistol carefully at pickup — the receiving FFL can decline the transfer on your behalf if there’s a defect or damage, and we’ll cover return shipping and issue a replacement or refund.
What about accessories, holsters, and mags?
Non-firearm accessories (holsters, cases, cleaning kits) may be returned within 30 days in unused, original condition. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived defective. Magazines are considered firearm parts and are non-returnable once opened.
About Glock One
Are you affiliated with GLOCK the manufacturer?
Glock One is an authorized retail dealer of Glock products but is not an official representative of GLOCK Ges.m.b.H. GLOCK is a registered trademark of GLOCK Ges.m.b.H. and all Glock product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
How long have you been in business?
Since 1974 — more than 50 years, run by three generations of the same family. The store started as a small firearms retailer and refocused as a Glock specialist as the platform became the standard for law enforcement, competition, and civilian carry.
Do you have a physical store?
No. We operate fully online and ship from a network of regional warehouse partners across the country. That model lets us keep every current Glock in inventory nationwide and get orders to your FFL in 2–3 business days without the overhead of a walk-in retail footprint.
What if you don’t have the specific Glock I want?
Contact us. If it’s a current-production Glock and it’s not on the site, we can usually source it within 3–5 business days. If it’s a discontinued Gen 2 or an obscure caliber variant, we’ll tell you honestly whether we can find it.
