Firearm laws vary significantly by state. This table shows what we can ship where, updated as regulations change.
How to read this table. “OK” means we can ship this category to your state under standard federal rules. “Restricted” means we can ship some items in the category but not others — check individual product pages. “No” means we cannot ship this category to your state at all.

This table is a summary, not a legal reference. State laws change frequently, and city or county rules may impose further restrictions (Cook County IL, NYC, etc.). Our checkout system enforces the current state rules automatically, and we’ll flag any issue before you order. When in doubt, contact your local FFL — they know your jurisdiction better than any national retailer can.
Specific product categories
Standard capacity magazines (>10 rounds) — Prohibited for sale to residents of CA, CO (>15), CT, DC, DE (>17), HI, IL (>10 pistol, >15 rifle), MA, MD, NJ, NY, VT (>10 pistol, >15 rifle), WA.
Modern Sporting Rifles (AR-15, AK-pattern) — Prohibited for sale to residents of CA, CT, HI, MA, MD (specific list), NJ, NY, WA. Feature-compliant variants may be allowed in some cases.
Suppressors / silencers — Federally legal in 42 states, subject to NFA rules (ATF Form 4, $200 tax stamp, 6-12 month wait). Prohibited in CA, DE, DC, HI, IL, MA, NJ, NY, RI.
Ammunition direct-ship — Some states prohibit direct-to-consumer ammunition shipment: CA (in-person only), HI, MA, NY (background check required), and some cities (Chicago, DC).
